So a Wednesday in my opinion, like many of you other girls, would just not be the same without the colour pink! Coming into our lives 10 years ago now, Mean Girls has given us an excuse to wear pink - but, did we really need an excuse? So i've collected together a few on my favourite pink items of the moment to share with you!

So this Grafea bag is my absolute must have of the week, the month - the year in fact! It is absolutely perfect, alongside their rucksacks, from their range of colours, to the high quality products that they offer - the collection is simply perfect! This Bon Bon bag, new out this week, I really can imagine myself with, and perfectly fitting for pink Wednesday's.

You can find this piece of perfection here!

But it doesn't just need to be pastel pink right? This season's Missguided, and many other retailers are offering a wide range of neon pink colours, for those feeling brave, and those who love to stand out from the crowd! Admittedly my favourite is slightly more tame - but very fitting with the tropics that can been seen absolutely everywhere at the moment! So why not combine the both?

You can find this cute combo here!

Lastly, these are a definite season must have! I have already expressed my love for jellies, but who could resist a pair that are pink! These Jujus are super cute and I can't wait to add them to my collection!

Just an update about my life at the moment! I'm currently in the middle of my second year university exams, hence the lack of posts - but I'm home in a week! I can't wait to get home and get shooting as I have so much to show you guys!

So I know the name 'Sapphire Lashes' is pretty ambiguous, so I thought i'd let you in! I received this  gorgeous ring for my 18th birthday, and since then, i've been obsessed with sapphires! This is the one item that I am absolutely, without a doubt never seen without, so seen as it is my favourite item, I thought, why not name my fashion blog after it?

The second part of the name comes from my eyelashes - obviously! If you know me, i'm obsessed with my lashes, always wearing them as long as I possibly can - my eyes are also blue as well, so it all ties in nicely!

As you can probably tell, Zara is my all time favourite store to shop in! It's always so on point with its trends, and i'm absolutely in love with everything that they are stocking right now! There's such a large range to choose from - from tropicals, to pastels, to florals, I just literally cannot decide which trend is my favourite at the moment! So i've just snapped a few of my favs!

I absolutely love this Orange that Zara is throwing out at the moment - so adding it to the floral print has made me fall completely in love!

I love yellow, and statement necklaces, so for me this is perfection and will go perfectly with all the white i've found myself wearing at the moment!

I'm also  dying to get this pastel green jacket in my wardrobe! I've been lusting after for it for quite a while now, as it's a perfect lightweight jacket for summer! But they also do it in loads of colours, including white, and my other favourite - pink!

Can't wait to feature my Stressed...But Well Dressed clutch next week when it arrives!

Happy bank holiday weekend!

So, I am a major believer in high street branded, affordable make-up. As i'm constantly on the go, I need a brand which is going to stick with me all day long! I absolutely love Max Factor, especially their All Day Flawless 3 in 1 Foundation, which i find really does the trick! Admittedly I do also use conceal or underneath, but just a basic Collection 2000 stick to remove the bags and lines under the eye. I then use Max Factor's compact foundation as a substitute for face powder. To finish, I use Mac's Powder Blusher to highlight my cheekbones, and areas where natural light hits the face.

Now for me, my eye lashes are everything! I always have to have them as big as I can get them; however, I simply refuse to wear false lashes. I've found Max Factor's False Lash Effect a perfect substitute for wearing false eyelashes, as they give my lashes that curl and length that I lust after. I finish off with a basic Collection 2000 liquid eyeliner for the cat-eye effect.

I've recently started using Barry M's Brow Kit for my brows. I always used to use a pencil; however, for my skin I found this smudged a lot, which is definitely not good! This kit provides a wax to base the brow, a dark powder to fill in the brow, then a highlighter to finish for under the brow. It also comes with mini tweezers, which is always super useful!

So what's on My Lips?

Because my eyes often have quite heavy make-up, I do tend to keep the colour of my lips to a nude shade. Some of my favourite brands are: Benefit, Mac and Max Factor - and I cover these with a Max Factor lock, to make sure it lasts me as long as possible! However, I've absolutely fallen in love with this 10 Hour Lip Stain by Maybelline, where I can go about my day without having to worry about my lips! This is stocked in brighter shades, so I chose a classic red, and I tend to pair this on days when I am wear less eye make-up!

Well, until now I have completely reluctant to jump back on the scrunchie bandwagon, purely because of all the connotations that it has been involved with, like it being a fashion related to 'indie kids'. However, when I stumbled across Adorned's page on instagram I could't resist. After much deliberation, I opted with the 'Vintage Rose Scrunchie', because I wanted something that would stand out against my dark hair, but was also cute and girly.
These are hand-made when ordered, and for £2.99 they're so worth it.

As my hair is quite think, i'll definitely be wrapping this around my hair when it's in a bun, or to tie up a loose ponytail. I'm even considering as an accessory for my wrist it's so cute!

Buy the scrunchies here: Adorned, or visit @adorned on Instagram!

So here's my current Missguided Wishlist. Exam period is lingering, and I literally cannot stop browsing online, so I thought I'd share my favs to justify my procrastination.
I'm absolutely in love with this lemon colour at the moment, especially for the summer! I'm ashamed to say that I don't own a co-ord yet! Being such a shortie, i'm a sucker for anything cropped, so this is a perfect must have for my summer wardrobe, and something that i'm dying to take on holiday.

Top: £14.99
Skirt: £14.99

I'm desperate to have this beach dress in my life for my holiday; having such a generous behind, I may as well play up to it, right?

Dress: £12.99

Love bags, love yellow - the perfect combination for summer.

Bag: £19.99

What more can I say, other than who does't love a kimono, that's floral?

Well what can I say about these other than I am majorly in love with them, and they're probably one of my favourite summer purchases to date!  I was apprehensive about these because of the material, but anyone worrying about them cutting in or rubbing, rest assured they don't! I can't wait to take these cuties on holiday, and rock some print nail varnish though them!

I've been wearing these with everything: maci skirts, shorts, leggings - so they look great with just about anything! So I definitely recommend an investment. In the next couple of weeks I will definitely be buying a pair in white!

...we get our weekend purchases in the mail! Yep, I've placed yet another order with Missguided in preparation for my holiday (less than 5 weeks now)!! I'm always apprehensive about ordering online because of my height - i'm only 5"1, and i'm never sure how things are going to look/fit on me! But I just love their collection so much that I can't resist! And it comes with Kinda Bueno treats too!

So, I absolutely adore the colour of this bralet - but if mint green isn't for you there are so many other colours you can get it in! Personally I think it goes well with my dark hair, so this is a colour i'm going to continue to invest in in the future! I won't be wearing any form of necklace with this one, but I will definitely be teaming it with a floral headpiece or statement earrings when on holiday, or for sunny days!

Today i've just teamed it with a Boohoo maxi skirt, and my super cute ASOS jellies that I am completely in love with! I will definitely be sticking to high-waisted items with this, as i'm not the most confident at having my stomach out, so next time i'll probably team it with some high-waisted shorts.

So here it goes, my first proper fashion post! I've decided to take a break from revision and get this going, inspired by some of the beautiful fashion bloggers of instagram! I love high street fashion, and I'm always updating my wardrobe at the expense of my poor student loan! So here goes.

Seen as it has been so beautiful and sunny outside this weekend, I thought that it was finally time to debut these shorts I brought a few weeks ago from H and M (only £7.99)! I teamed it with this cute, mega simple top from Boohoo, which I am just so majorly in love with that I think i'll have to purchase some more colours! I've put the links below!

So Paris really is the most romantic place on earth. From the moment I was waiting for the train to London to catch the Eurostar, I knew I was about to have the most amazing trip. I could not anticipate what Disneyland Paris was about to offer me, having never been at the age of 20! Oh what magic awaited!

After a long, but smooth journey, navigating the French rail system, I could not wait to explore Disney. From the moment I arrived i was encapsulated by the magic that surrounded me: the rides, the characters, the colours,  the castle - and most importantly the gift shop!

No words can describe my first day in Disneyland. Admittedly I was rather scared of several of the rides, but this perhaps was the best day of my life thus far. Seeing and feeling such happiness is an something that you do not experience everyday, and I found myself with one big smile on my face from beginning to end.

Our visit to Lovelock Bridge was a magical time. From reading others' padlocks, to locating that special place for our own is something i'll never forget. The bridge itself is beautiful, and in my opinion is a true symbol of the love that two people can share.

After choosing the perfect spot for our own small, but personal lock, we threw the keys (initialled J and K) into the river, knowing that we will never have the  need to go fishing for them!

Perhaps the greatest highlight of my visit, was my special Valentine's gift; dinner in the Eiffel Tower, in the Tour 56 Restaurant. Being me, I definitely took the opportunity to dress up in the sparkliest dress that I could find - this one by Zara The food was divine, and it really was an unforgettable night.

The highlight was perhaps the profiterole to finish, with a twist of ice-cream. So yummy!

After countless steps, (yes - we walked!) we made it, and the view of Paris was absolutely unforgettable. It is such a beautiful city to see from above, and i'm glad we made it! A perfect way to finish one of the best trips! I am so fortunate to be so happy and so in love!

Just a few highlights of my trip - countless photos were taken, so didn't want to include too many!
