Often called the hipster wedding show it's a bridal event
of over 100 exhibitors at the Truman Brewery on Brick Lane 11-13 March,
and over 60 at the St Andrews Hall Norwich event, to showcase cool,
design and fashion-led products, services and inspirations for the
creative Bride - with a focus on new and up coming designers and indie
companies shaking up the industry - bringing lifestyle trends into the
wedding arena.
Founder of the Most Curious Wedding show, Becky Hoh-Hale answers your questions.
A Most Curious bride
probably works in the creative or media world, and knows what she likes
aesthetically. We are not a show for people who haven’t got any ideas about how
their wedding should be, we want to be their guide and helping hand they need
to achieve their vision. Her home is full of catci and wandering plants, macrame
hangings or artistic prints, her wardrobe is full of vintage and indie design
pieces alongside a little but of Topshop and heck, even New Look. Things don’t
have to cost a bomb for her to be able to make it look cool, she has a magpie
eye for the beautiful. As a couple they love music and have plenty of vinyl in
their lives and ‘I LOVE this song’ moments together, spending hours discussing
or listening to their favourite bands
She probably knows what
she wants for her wedding, but not exactly sure where to get it, but we know
that we are fulfilling our tasks with these type of brides, because we see them
do a little skip when they walk into the show and mouth ‘ THIS is what I mean’.
So, what can you expect from the show?
The Most Curious exhibitors know you want your wedding to be about you having fun and being creative, dreaming big and most importantly an expression and celebration of who you are as a couple.
In the setting of an amazing space in London with over 100 exhibitors, Most Curious is an explosion of creativity will take over the venue in the form of inspirational supplier displays, catwalk shows and ideas you are going to fall in love with.
They have taken a solemn vow to bring brides and grooms the very latest
fashions, designs, exciting and directional products and services, with
the foresight to be changeable, en vogue and never tired or standing
still. If it’s beautiful, fresh, fun and on the cusp of cool, they want to
bring it to our creativity-hungry most curious couples.

Congratulations on your engagement Kelly! We are about to head off to Hong Kong to work there for the next year so we've got lots of planning to do before our wedding on 3 June 2017. We've booked Hoxton Arches, a blank-canvas gallery and events space in East London, for our reception so we are on the lookout for creative ideas to make it our own.
